最悪のレビューしたった。

以下、実際のレビュー載せてます。

A piece of glass in ice cream!!!!!!!!!
It just happened tonight.
Can you imagine what the manager said?

"I apologize that happened and will exchange your dessert. So what would you like?"

It was not such a tiny problem but she couldn't understand that was totally incident which must not happen in a restaurant.
Her name is Alyssa Valentin btw.

I asked her to pay for us but she told us they couldn't.
My long and direct complain made her discount but we still have to over $60.
It could be happened?

Apparently, the manager's attitude was not appropriate as a manager of a middle high class restaurant.
We were very surprised when we called the manager and she came to us.
I thought she is just a part time staff before it happened.

I told her that I'll have the review of this but she didn't care about my review.
She doesn't know even one review can destroy a restaurant.

Never go there!!!!!!
Or you will be killed.

My rating should be "zero" but I couldn't put zero star.
